Social Responsibility

Julian Calcinotto the founder of our company had this to say about social responsibility:

There are many ways to look at situations that arise in our daily activities. The two opposite ways of looking at things are; those who only consider themselves and those that consider only others.

Life is an uncompromising, complex, ever changing set of events covered by single moments in time. It is an individuals prerogative to understand the needs of others and consider and respect their ways. It is an attitude of mind that defines us as people and our ability to share with others that creates betterment. The way in which we conduct our activities goes beyond policies. Our “ways” are what attract new and existing clients and staff to want to work with us and thus defines our philosophy and existence.

The Managing Director is responsible for implementation of our policies while the responsibility of the performance is the responsibility of all company employees.
Our commitment has been summarised in the sentence below.

  • Calcinotto will ensure that our name is synonymous with quality and we will act honestly and fairly in our duties.
