At the time of writing, the medium-term implications of the spread of coronavirus remain very uncertain. With everything being so fluid, Calcinotto would like to share our continuity planning, which has been designed to deal with events such as the current COVID-19 outbreak.

We recognise that in maintaining the continuity of our business is essential. Calcinotto remains focused on providing our clients with the highest level of service and response to emerging needs and priorities whilst being able to react to a constantly evolving situation.

We have now closed our offices and suspended all non-essential travel.

All our team are working from their homes. Our IT systems have been developed to enable remote working, utilising all our software, from disparate locations. Virtually all our work is now produced and stored digitally and can be accessed remotely, distributed electronically or downloaded through shared access links. We also are able to meet via online video conferencing, such as ”Microsoft Teams” & “Skype”.

What this means for our clients is that we will continue to provide the same high level of service with minimal disruption to projects. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these trying times.

We are currently experiencing a technical fault with our main switchboard number which we are trying to resolve. Should you wish to contact us, please use our temporary centralised email address covid-19@calcinotto.co.uk, or you can contact the Directors directly on their mobile phones.
