Striving for more; Kathryn and Jacob…

Calcinotto are pleased to announce of massive internal successes—Kathryn Bostock and Jacob James have both passed their Institute of Structural Engineering; Part 3. This now means that they are one step closer to being Chartered!

Speaking to Kathryn, one of our Senior Structural Engineers, she was overjoyed. Since starting at Calcinotto, in 2018, she has excelled in the structural sector. She plans to celebrate with family, and looks forward to the next step in her career.

Jacob was equally pleased, and plans to celebrate later in the week . Jacob is also one of our Senior Structural Engineers and has been an integral team member at Calcinotto since 2015, and is always ready for further development.

Both Kathryn and Jacob specialise in the use of computer software: Specialist Finite Element Analysis and Design Packages . However the pair aren’t just limited to software, possessing a continually growing wide range of key abilities within the industry.

This internal growth is a really positive example of Calcinotto giving back to the industry and we are really happy to be able to provide this in-field learning development to our team. As well as this, it allows for members to take on more responsibility and climb the ranks in terms of seniority.
