The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Quantum Group had a joint venture to design, build and operate an 80-bedroom specialist care home and to build and sell 35 retirement living apartments; all within the NHS Trust’s hospital campus. The value created from this unique partnership also delivers a range of new and improved hospital services and facilities, including a new GP surgery and hospital pharmacy, securing a bright new future for Christchurch Hospital.
