Receptionist Vacancy


The ideal candidate will have a welcoming smile, is great on the telephone and have ‘front of house’ experience. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, so good people and customer service skills are essential.

Contract: Permanent, Fulltime

Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience

Duties of the Receptionist include:

-> Manage the front desk, ensuring cover at all times.

-> Answer main office telephone, direct calls and provide basic information.

-> Provide PA support to company Directors as required.

-> Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.

-> Dealing with correspondence and queries, directing requests to the relevant team member with quality customer service skills.

-> Ordering stationery, office equipment, kitchen supplies etc as needed.

-> Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.

-> Maintain the efficient running and upkeep of the office, kitchen and public areas.

-> General clerical duties as determined by the growing needs of the business.

-> Assist in organising and planning company events, meetings, staff days etc.

What do we need from you?

-> Have a good organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, and good attention to detail.

-> Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.

-> Minimum of 1 years previous experience in a receptionist or a related administrative role.
