The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Quantum Group had a joint venture to design, build and operate an 80-bedroom specialist care home that will be fully accessible to meet the needs of the residents. In addition, 35 retirement living apartments are to be constructed and sold on the NHS Trust’s hospital complex.
Solution
Built with precision and care
This new development will deliver a range of new and improved hospital services and amenities, including a new GP surgery and hospital pharmacy, securing a promising new future for Christchurch Hospital.
Enclosed in the complex is a restaurant, pool and health club as well as additional care should it be required.
