On Friday 16th August, we shut the office for some valuable team-building! We all enjoyed a boat trip to Swanage before a dinner on Poole Harbour…
The day
We started the day at the office, setting off at 10 to get to breakfast at Oriel’s. After a quick stop in the pub it was time for the boat trip! We then set sail off of Poole Harbour, and saw all of our sites on Sandbanks Beach! It was great to see them from a different perspective…
After an hour on the boat we stopped at Swanage, where people could get off the boat and stretch their legs for half an hour. Another hour on the way back allowed us to take in the scenery of the harbour before we stopped at another pub for a drink before dinner
Our dinner was at Davinci’s, which is also on the quay. Great food & great company! After the meal, we sat outside to watch the American Car show on the quay. Highlight Cars included Mustangs and Chevys as well as some lifted trucks (Ford).
Finally we hit the last pub, where some of us left for home and others stayed out longer… Overall, a great day had by all!
