Calcinotto is thrilled to unveil the newest addition to our team, Mental Health First Aiders; newly trained Kathryn Bostock, and Julie Phelps. Recognizing the significance of mental health in the workplace, we are determined to break the stigma surrounding this often-taboo topic. By introducing Mental Health First Aiders, we aim to foster a safe and supportive environment for our team members while also proactively addressing the prevention of mental illness.

Earlier this year, Calcinotto initiated a partnership with Dorset Mind, underscoring our firm belief that mental health deserves more attention within the construction industry. We are committed to encouraging open conversations about mental well-being, promoting awareness, and cultivating a culture of empathy and understanding.

In addition to our Mental Health First Aiders, we are proud to have first aiders like Andy Webb and Elizabeth Csukas within our ranks. Furthermore, we have diligently arranged courses for them in October, courtesy of the valuable assistance provided by Ouch.

At Calcinotto, the well-being of our team is of utmost importance, and we strive to create an inclusive and caring environment for everyone. With the dedicated support of our Mental Health First Aiders and the commitment of our entire team, we are confident in making positive strides towards better mental health for all our employees. Together, let us build a workplace where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
