To create 20 high end 1 & 2-bed retirement apartments, set over three floors with complete living facilities included into a communal space.
Solution
Designed for well-being and comfort
Each of the 20 1 & 2-bed retirement apartments contains its own patio/balcony. Applegate house is set over three floors, contains a communal lounge, kitchen and maintenance areas, on-site carpark, and landscaped gardens and is located a short walk from Trowbridge town centre. The structure is of load-bearing masonry construction, with piled foundations and timber pitched roofs.
