Design new lift shaft suspended from ground floor structure.

  • Bond Street – London

Assessed existing store beams found to be at the stability limit. Provided restraining details within three days of a same-day emergency visit, showcasing responsiveness

  • 240 Regent Street – London

Delivered a feasibility report and preliminary design for new L2 lift shafts, developing location and design details

  • P10 Concept Store – Central London

Offered design advice for store modifications, including steel frame alterations, floor capacity checks, staircase and balustrade design, and structural assessments.

  • The Maltings – St Albans 

Created a preliminary design concept for layout improvements, retaining operational sales floors during works; project at concept stage awaiting sign off for detailed design stage.
