Calcinotto’s longest standing client Quantum Group has successfully gained a planning consent to develop a new hotel and extra care development in Sherborne in Dorset. Quantum acquired the site of the former Sherborne Hotel in 2015 and since then has worked hard to design and deliver detailed plans to build 119 extra care houses and apartments and a new 24 bedroom hotel for the town. Calcinotto to undertake the design of all new basement structures along with above ground structures and all of the housing inc site drainage and site levels.
