This luxury house was completed in 2014, and offers large open plan interior spaces as well as an indoor swimming pool.
The main structure was a steel frame construction supporting precast concrete floor units. The steel frame was designed predominantly to span the full width of the building to allow uninterrupted large open plan spaces and elevations and give complete flexibility on the internal layouts. The full width spanning frame meant the front and rear elevations could be predominantly full height, full width glazing without interruption from columns. Internally the steel frame support cantilever stairs with frameless glass balustrading.
