About Jack
Jack joined Calcinotto in 2025 as an Associate, leading one of the Structures Teams, providing his expertise and guidance, through mentorship of team members.
He started his career in the infrastructure sector, working within a variety of mainly airport and station projects, holding extensive experience over new-build and refurbishment projects covering commercial, residential, and educational sectors, particularly on tight urban sites with complex constraints.
Jack has over 11 years experience and is a chartered structural engineer with the qualifications MEng CEng MIStructE. Much of his experience has involved delivering collaborative multi-disciplinary projects using BIM workflows to provide efficient, coordinated designs for clients.
Jack has a strong knowledge of construction methods and risks, working with contractors to develop safe and buildable solutions.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys time on the water, he is a keen scuba diver with around 600 dives so far! Jack is also a qualified diving instructor and likes to powerboat when he’s not underwater…
