About Kiana
Kiana embodies the future of engineering, stepping into the industry with ambition after leaving school in 2023, she is currently pursuing a Ba Hons (Civil Engineering) at Portsmouth University while also engaging in full-time employment. Primarily using Revit, she dives into her work absorbing knowledge both in the classroom and on the job, Kiana represents the promising talent that will propel Calcinotto forward into the future.
In her role as an apprentice, Kiana spends office time supporting structural technicians in their daily tasks. She’s actively learning drafting techniques and standards, while also assisting in the maintenance of project files & documentation. Additionally, she integrates into company culture and engages with ongoing projects, gaining hands-on experience.
