About Paula
Since joining in 2023, Paula is part of the new Business Development and Marketing team, serving as a mentor to our apprentices too. With over 35 years in the construction industry, Paula originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor before making the switch to Business Development.
Paula’s expertise lies in crafting and implementing business development and growth strategies that encompass both new business generation and client retention. Throughout her career, Paula has developed a keen ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple geographical locations.
This skill set is mainly characterised by strong organisational, communicative and analytical capabilities, all of which contribute to a high level of client focus, building and developing relationships built on honesty and trust.
