Calcinotto were part of this project consisting of the construction of a unique luxury house in Poole, with striking full height glazing and curved house design. Located in a conservation area in Branksome Park, Poole, this new build large contemporary five bedroom home replaced an ageing bungalow.
The house features two distinct forms a rectangular steel frame ‘box’ with precast concrete floors also housing the insitu concrete swimming pool and a sweeping curved element constructed from a reinforced concrete frame featuring cantilevered balconies and full height glazing including a six metre frameless glazed section in the centre of the elevation.
