Challenge
The brief from the developer client was to enhance the value of the site through obtaining a new planning permission improving the design quality and layout of each flat. Originally, the site only had planning permission for 9 apartments.
Solution
Completed in 2014, Harbour Reach, Haig Avenue is a development of 10 luxury residential units consisting of 7 apartments and 3 spectacular penthouses. The development occupies a magnificent and tranquil plot extending to over two acres and offers stunning views over Parkstone Golf Course and Poole Harbour beyond.
Harbour Reach was built by Glossbrook for the Harrison Group and became an award winner; Glossbrook won an outstanding achievement award as the development was listed as a ‘Top Development’ in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2014.
