Calcinotto were appointed by Reichmann Properties to convert their existing 12 storey office block constructed in the 1960s into a residential block of 103 apartments.
Calcinotto undertook a series of destructive and non-destructive tests in order to understand the exact characteristics of the concrete and the reinforcement. A full 3D model of the building was produced so that any alterations made to the building could be fully understood.
